As a certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Saad is adept at working with individuals managing medical conditions, ensuring safe and effective training tailored to their needs.

Saad holds an MSc in Applied Strength and Conditioning Science, equipping him with a strong foundation in evidence-based training methodologies. His dedication to holistic health also extends to mental wellness, where he integrates strategies to support mental resilience and overall well-being alongside physical fitness.

A decorated athlete, Saad is the AWPC World Championships Runner-Up (Manchester, 2022), WPC National Champion, and a holder of three national powerlifting records (2021). He serves as a Powerlifting Coach at London South Bank University, mentoring athletes to achieve competitive excellence.
